Build
Software that fits how you already work.
Custom web application development is building the website, portal, or internal tool your business needs around the process you already run. It is for owners and operators who have outgrown templates and spreadsheets and want software that fits. Kief Studio designs it, builds it, hosts it on dedicated infrastructure, and keeps it running.
What we do
- Map how the work happens today before choosing a screen or a stack.
- Design and build the application, the internal tools around it, and the public pages in front of it.
- Host it on dedicated infrastructure with backups and a written deploy path.
- Keep it fast, patched, and yours after launch, with managed hosting on LTFI.
Kief Studio makes creative websites, with nice graphics that are secure, also. They worked with me step-by-step, were open to some minor changes and updates and came through relatively quickly at every turn.

Who it is for
Operators whose work no longer fits a template: a customer portal, an internal tool, an intake or booking flow, or a public site that has to do more than look good.

When to look elsewhere
A site that only needs a theme and a logo. If you create content and want a simple site fast, kiefstud.io is the quicker door into the same studio.
What we can stand behind
- Founded 2022. Operating together since 2012.
- No shared hosting. Dedicated infrastructure.
- Security is a byproduct of good engineering.
Custom web applications: common questions
Do we own the software you build?
Yes. The code and the data are yours. We host and run it on dedicated infrastructure so you do not have to, and you can take it with you if you ever leave.
Is this a template with our logo on it?
No. We start from how your team already works and build around that process. A template is a fine choice for a simple brochure site, and we will tell you if that is all you need.
Who hosts and maintains it after launch?
We do. The application runs on dedicated infrastructure with managed hosting on LTFI. Patches, backups, and deploys stay with the studio that built it.
