Kief Studio

Six phases. One job.

Hear it, draw it, build it, prove it, ship it, stay

  1. Phase 01

    Hear it

The first conversation is free. We learn what is stuck, what already runs, and what done looks like.
  2. Phase 02

    Draw it

The shape of the system comes before the build. A tool gets chosen because it survives the constraint.
  3. Phase 03

    Build it

The site, the platform, or the tool that was missing. You can open it while it is being made, and reject a change early.
  4. Phase 04

    Prove it

It gets checked against the thing we said it would do. Security is part of that check, not a later meeting.
  5. Phase 05

    Ship it

It goes to the place the company actually uses, with a way to run it after the day it lands.
  6. Phase 06

    Stay

A retainer when the work needs the studio to keep it. Not before, and not as the pitch.
The method

You can see the work.

The scope changes. The sequence does not. Every project is scoped after the first conversation, so the price fits the work.

The build is visible while it happens. You can open it while it is being made, and reject a change early.

A tool gets chosen because it survives the constraint. It gets checked against the thing we said it would do, and security is part of that check, not a later meeting.

Four rules for the work

  1. Rule 01

    The outcome is the point

A document is not the result. The result is the system running, the page found, the busywork gone.
  2. Rule 02

    You can see the work

The build is visible while it happens. The number comes after we know what is stuck, and it is said before the build.
  3. Rule 03

Security is how it is built

Security is a byproduct of good engineering. Locked in. Security without the paranoia.
  4. Rule 04

One studio, not a pile of vendors

We don't need a pile of vendors, so neither do you. The first conversation is free.

Short answers, then a conversation.

  • I just need a website. Do I need a call?
No. Start a free site at kiefstud.io. A person checks it and it goes live the same day. When you want it on your own domain with more built in, you can upgrade from there.
  • How does a bigger project start?
Write to [email protected] or use the contact form. Say what is stuck, what you have tried, and what done would look like. The first conversation is free, with no commitment.
  • How much does it cost?
A basic site starts free at kiefstud.io. Custom work is scoped after the first conversation, so the number fits the job instead of a rate card.
  • Who owns what you build?
You do. The code and the data are yours. We host and run it so you do not have to, and you can take it with you if you ever leave.
