Managed technology services is our main offering: we host your systems on LTFI, the system we built, and keep them running, patched, and watched. It is for businesses that want one accountable studio for their applications and infrastructure instead of a pile of vendors and a ticket queue. LTFI runs on dedicated machines, and you never install or maintain it.

  • What is LTFI?
    LTFI is the system Kief Studio built to host and run client work. We operate it for you on dedicated machines. You hire Kief Studio, and the sales page for LTFI is ltfi.ai.
  • Is after-hours support included?
    3am is a retainer, not a default. If your agreement includes after-hours response, we pick up. If it does not, we say so plainly instead of pretending.
  • Is this a ticket queue?
    No. You work with the studio that runs your systems. We keep them running and tell you before a small problem turns into an outage you notice.
  • Where are you based?
    Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. We work with businesses across Worcester County and the rest of the state, and the work is not limited to the region.

    The day starts with what is on the calendar, what is waiting on a reply and what the staff are doing.
  • Waiting on you queue with a staff question, a reply awaiting a Go ahead, a blog post review and a social post, each with buttons.
    Everything the AI staff drafted that needs a person lands in one queue, with the decision buttons on each item.
  • Activity log listing staff and team actions newest first, such as finished hand-offs, approvals and denials, each with a time stamp.
    Every action by the staff and the team is logged in plain words, newest first.
  • Assistant chat with the chief of staff showing a hand-off to the social editor and a wholesale reply waiting on a Go ahead button.
    The assistant works through the team and stops to ask before anything goes out. The person decides with one click.
