Build
One system for the work that lives in a pile of spreadsheets.
A custom ERP is one system for inventory, orders, money, and people, built around how your operation already runs. It is for operators whose work lives across spreadsheets and separate logins, and for businesses that packaged ERP software does not fit, including regulated industries. Kief Studio maps the work, builds the system, connects the tools you keep, and hosts it on dedicated infrastructure.
What we do
- Map inventory, orders, money, and people as the work actually moves.
- Build the system around that process, with roles and an audit trail.
- Connect the tools you keep, such as accounting, storefronts, and reporting.
- Move your data over without losing history, then host and support it.
Their knowledge of linking the customer-facing side of the business to the back-end systems of running my business was invaluable. They have guided my company's growth from a business plan into a best-in-class presence in my community.

Who it is for
Operators in manufacturing, healthcare, cannabis, legal, and services whose day runs on spreadsheets and separate logins that never quite agree.

When to look elsewhere
Teams happy with a packaged ERP who only need it configured. If a package fits your process, we will say so rather than build one.
What we can stand behind
- 13+ year client relationships.
- No shared hosting. Dedicated infrastructure.
- Security is a byproduct of good engineering.
Custom ERP systems: common questions
Should we choose a custom ERP or a packaged one?
A package works when your process matches it. Custom makes sense when the workarounds cost more than the build. We look at your operation first and recommend the one that fits.
Can you connect the tools we already use?
Yes, where they offer an authorized API. Accounting, storefront, and reporting tools can feed the same system, so nobody copies rows by hand between them anymore.
What happens to our existing data?
We move it over in stages and check it against the old records before anything is switched off. History stays intact, and you can compare both systems during the move.
Who hosts the ERP?
We do, on dedicated infrastructure with managed hosting on LTFI. You never manage a server, and the system and all of its data stay yours.
