Build
Make the tools you already pay for talk to each other.
API integration connects the software you already pay for so data moves between systems on its own. It is for teams where someone still copies orders, contacts, or inventory from one screen into another, and for businesses that need a clean API of their own. Kief Studio designs the integration, builds it on authorized APIs only, hosts it, and watches it so a failed sync gets noticed.
What we do
- Agree which systems may connect and what data each one is allowed to see.
- Design the API or the integration, with retries and clear error handling.
- Build on authorized APIs only, including regulated systems where access is granted.
- Host it and watch it, so a broken sync raises a flag instead of silently losing data.
Their knowledge of linking the customer-facing side of the business to the back-end systems of running my business was invaluable. They have guided my company's growth from a business plan into a best-in-class presence in my community.

Who it is for
Teams paying for several tools that do not talk to each other, and people who spend part of every day moving data between them by hand.

When to look elsewhere
Scraping a system without permission, or reaching into a state system without authorization. If there is no authorized way in, we say so.
What we can stand behind
- No shared hosting. Dedicated infrastructure.
- Security is a byproduct of good engineering.
- 13+ year client relationships.
API integration: common questions
Can you connect any tool we name?
If the tool offers an authorized API, usually yes. If it does not, we tell you plainly and look at other options rather than guess at a system we are not allowed into.
What happens when an integration fails?
It retries, logs the failure, and alerts us. We design every integration expecting a vendor to change or go down, so a failed sync gets fixed instead of silently dropping records.
Will this lock us into another vendor?
No. We write the integration so you own it and can see what it does. We don't need a pile of vendors, so neither do you.
