Protect
Someone is watching, and they know your stack.
Managed security monitoring is ongoing watch, patching, and hardening of your systems by the studio that knows how they were built. It is for businesses that need security running every day without building a security department, and for teams whose IT provider covers laptops and help desk but not their applications. Kief Studio monitors, patches, and hardens what we host, as part of managed hosting on LTFI.
What we do
- Take inventory of what runs, where, and who can reach it.
- Harden hosts and applications before they go live, and keep them patched.
- Watch the signals and act on the ones that matter.
- Report what changed, what was found, and what was fixed, in plain language.

Who it is for
Businesses with their own applications and customer data, and teams whose existing IT provider covers the office but not the systems the business runs on.

When to look elsewhere
A ticket queue with nobody who knows the systems, or round-the-clock response promised without an agreement behind it.
What we can stand behind
- Security is a byproduct of good engineering.
- No shared hosting. Dedicated infrastructure.
- 13+ year client relationships.
Managed security monitoring: common questions
Will this replace our IT provider?
It does not have to. Many clients keep their provider for laptops and help desk. We cover the applications and infrastructure we build and host, and we work alongside them.
Is after-hours response included?
Only when the retainer says so. 3am is a retainer, not a default. We write response times into the agreement so everyone knows what to expect.
Is security an add-on to hosting?
No. Security is included on what we host. Security is a byproduct of good engineering, so hardening, patching, and monitoring are part of running the system.
