Yes. We build the pipeline that gathers it into one store, add search the team can use, and host it on LTFI with access limited to the people who need it.
Data systems for Lexington's Hartwell and Hayden Avenue labs
Route 128 and Route 2
Does Kief Studio work in Lexington? Yes.
Only 6% of Lexington's land is zoned for commercial use, and much of what sits on it is research. Hartwell Avenue, close to Route 95, Hanscom Air Force Base and Lincoln Labs, is one of Greater Boston's defense and life science clusters. Hayden Avenue, with access to Route 2, was drawing life sciences companies of its own. The town's 2021 report counted over 30 biotech and pharmaceutical companies and 3,300 jobs in those fields.
The lab market has cooled since. The Lexington Observer reported in March 2026 that about 25 percent of the town's 2.9 million square feet of life sciences space sat vacant. For the companies still on Hartwell and Hayden, Kief Studio, in Shrewsbury, does the data side: pipelines that pull instrument and study records into one place, search across what a team already knows, and hosting on LTFI with the access controls a regulated lab expects.
