By showing where the space and time actually go. An ERP or a set of clean integrations ties inventory, scheduling and shipping together so you can plan the floor you have. We build it and host it on LTFI.
ERP and hosting for Milford's I-495 employers
Granite Park, Bear Hill and I-495
Does Kief Studio work in Milford? Yes.
Milford is a job center more than a bedroom town. The draft existing conditions brief for its 2024 comprehensive plan counts 1,148 businesses and finds that most people who work in Milford live somewhere else, with Worcester among the top places they commute from. Kief Studio builds the operations software that those employers run on, from ERP to the integrations between their vendor tools, and hosts it on LTFI from our studio in Shrewsbury.
The same brief says major employers cluster along I-495 in Granite Park and the Bear Hill Industrial Area, and that Milford's industrial market has no vacancy at all. Health care and education lead by establishments and jobs, with construction, trade and transportation, and manufacturing behind them. Companies that cannot find more floor space usually need to get more out of the space they have, which means better inventory, scheduling and shipping data rather than another spreadsheet.
