Usually a pipeline that gets instrument and lab data out of shared folders and into something searchable, plus the internal app the team uses on top of it. We host it on LTFI with access controls and logs you can show an auditor.
Data systems and hosting for Hopkinton's biotech community
Where I-495 meets the Pike
Does Kief Studio work in Hopkinton? Yes.
Hopkinton puts one credential at the top of its business page: MassBio rates it a Platinum BioTech Community. Kief Studio builds the data pipelines, internal applications and logged, access-controlled hosting that research and lab-adjacent firms lean on, and we run them on LTFI from our studio in Shrewsbury.
The town sits where I-495 crosses the Mass Pike, and MassDOT is replacing that interchange, which it files under Hopkinton and Westborough, down to a new auxiliary lane from I-495 northbound to Route 9. Shrewsbury is on the other side of Westborough, so this is close work for us. For a science company here, the useful conversation is usually about data: instrument output that lives in folders, records that need an audit trail, and systems nobody wants to babysit.
