Kief Studio

Operations software for Medway's industrial parks and Route 109 businesses

Route 109 and the 495 Business Park

Does Kief Studio work in Medway? Yes.

Medway rewrote its zoning so more kinds of business can land in its industrial and business districts. Town meeting approved a package from the Planning and Economic Development Board that, among other changes, opens two of its three industrial districts to warehouse and distribution use. Kief Studio builds the inventory, order and integration systems that kind of operation runs on, and hosts them on LTFI from Shrewsbury.

There are two places to look. The Medway Industrial Park sits on the east side of town off Route 109. On the Milford line, the Oak Grove area, which the town says is sometimes called the Medway 495 Business Park, now has an urban renewal plan with its local and state approvals, and the town's redevelopment authority is working out next steps. A company taking space in either one is setting up its systems at the same moment it sets up its floor, and that is the easiest time to get them right.

Before move-in if you can. Receiving, inventory and shipping are easier to set up once than to patch after the floor is running. We build it, connect your carriers and storefront, and host it on LTFI.
