Protect
Alerts that come with a next step.
Threat detection and response means collecting signals from your systems, spotting the ones that point to an attack, and acting on them quickly. It is for teams drowning in alerts with no clear next step, or with logs nobody reads at all. Kief Studio wires up the signals, correlates them, and writes the response path for each alert. 3am is a retainer, not a default.
What we do
- Inventory what you run and decide which signals matter for it.
- Collect and correlate those signals so one attack shows up as one alert.
- Write the response path for each alert: who acts, what they check, what they do.
- Practice the response and refine it after every real incident.

Who it is for
Businesses that hold customer or patient data, run their own applications, and need to know when something is wrong before a customer tells them.

When to look elsewhere
A log collector with nobody watching it, or round-the-clock coverage sold as a slogan instead of written into an agreement.
What we can stand behind
- Security is a byproduct of good engineering.
- No shared hosting. Dedicated infrastructure.
- 13+ year client relationships.
Threat detection and response: common questions
Is this just a place to collect logs?
No. Logs nobody reads are not detection. Every alert we set up comes with a next step, so the person who gets it knows what to check and what to do.
Do you respond at 3am?
When the agreement says so. 3am is a retainer, not a default. If after-hours response is in your contract, we pick up. If it is not, we will not pretend.
What happens during an incident?
We follow the written response path: contain, investigate, fix, and report. Afterward we review what happened and change the detection so the same thing is caught sooner.
