What LTFI is
LTFI stands for Layered Transformer Framework Intelligence. It is the methodology Kief Studio uses to build with AI. Not a product. Not a library. Not something you install. It is the system behind how we architect multi-agent workflows, integrate AI into production operations, maintain quality at scale, and deploy reliably. LTFI is what lets two founders deliver the equivalent output of a 10-14 person team. It defines how we scope agent responsibilities, how we design handoffs between systems, how we enforce quality at every step, and how we keep human oversight in the loop where it matters.

Methodology, not product
LTFI is not a SaaS platform you can sign up for. It is how we work. The methodology covers four layers: how we select and configure AI tools for specific tasks, how we orchestrate multiple agents into reliable pipelines, how we enforce quality through automated gates, and how we deploy and maintain production AI systems. Each layer is proven in our own operations first. We do not ship patterns to clients that we have not run ourselves. Our internal tooling: 40+ custom tools spanning business intelligence, voice synthesis, e-commerce templates, encrypted communications, infrastructure management, and idea generation. The content engine, security assessment platform, client project tooling, MCP integrations, and automated workflows that run Kief Studio daily are all built on LTFI. It is the reason two people can operate a full-service technology studio without employees. We did not build it as a product to sell. We built it because we needed it.

Not currently. LTFI is an internal methodology, not a product. Responsible deployment requires understanding the underlying systems and maintaining the quality standards that make the methodology work. For now, you get LTFI through working with us directly. We are exploring ways to make aspects of it accessible in the future.
How is LTFI different from hiring a team of AI consultants?
Most AI consulting delivers a report or a proof of concept. LTFI is an operational methodology -- it produces systems that run in production every day. We are not advising from the outside. We are building and operating the same systems we recommend to clients. The proof is in our own daily operations.
