Skills written for your business
The work only your company does gets its own skill: your steps, your tools, your voice.
Kinds of work we write skills for
- Call recap and notes
- Turns a client call into notes, a recap email for a person to send, and the next step.
- Follow-up on a quiet thread
- Finds who went quiet after you sent something, and drafts the nudge.
- Change requests
- Takes a client email from "this is broken" to a checked fix and a reply that lists each item.
- Inbox triage
- Sorts what is waiting on a reply and drafts the short ones for a person to approve.
- Proposals and agreements
- Builds a quote and the agreement from your own templates, with the prices checked across both.
- Deposits and invoicing
- Drafts the deposit and completion invoices from a signed agreement, for a person to confirm.
How one gets made
- We sit with the person who does the work today and write down the steps, the tools and what good looks like.
- We write the skill and save it in your LTFI as a draft. Agents don't load a draft until a person approves it.
- A person at your company reads it and publishes it. Changing or retiring it later is a person's call too.
Where it runs: in Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and the other agent tools your team already uses, plus LTFI's own staff. LTFI keeps the skill in step across them.
Product names belong to their owners. Naming them doesn't mean their owners endorse Kief Studio or LTFI.
