Non-refundable Items
- Digital Items and Hosting Costs: Charges related to digital items, hosting, and any fees incurred by KIEF STUDIO LLC as part of service agreements are non-refundable. This includes costs associated with purchases made on behalf of a project and any management fees.
- Merchandise: Due to the print-on-demand nature of our merchandise, refunds are not provided. Issues related to damaged goods during shipping are to be addressed by the shipping company. In some cases, we may offer an exchange for products with manufacturing problems, but shipping labels are not provided.
Refund Eligibility and Procedure
- Refund Requests: Must be submitted within 7 days of making a payment. Notification of the desire to cancel a service and request a refund must be provided within 3 days of payment.
- Completed Projects: No refunds will be provided for projects that have been completed. In certain situations, a pro-rated refund may be offered at our discretion.
- Accidental Payments: In the event of detecting an accidental payment or detection of unusual funds, KIEF STUDIO LLC will initiate a dispute. The sender is responsible for responding to the dispute within 5 days. Failure to respond may result in the inability to provide a refund. In certain cases, we may be able to provide a refund, and processing fees may apply.
